Privacy Policy / 隐私政策

This Privacy Policy applies to the LoveCue application (the "Application") for mobile devices, created by YUECISU (the "Service Provider"). This service is provided as a "FREE" service and is intended for use "AS IS".

本隐私政策适用于由 YUECISU（“服务提供者”）开发的移动设备应用 LoveCue（“本应用”）。本服务按“原样”提供。

1. Information Collection and Use / 信息收集与使用

The Application collects information only to provide and improve its AI-powered emotional guidance services.

User-Provided Content / 用户提供的内容: The Service Provider collects information you voluntarily provide, such as your Name, Email address, and content you choose to upload, such as screenshots of chat logs, text descriptions, photos, or videos.

服务提供者收集您主动提供的信息，包括姓名、电子邮件地址以及您选择上传的内容（如：聊天记录截图、文字描述、照片或视频）。

Clarification on Collection / 收集方式澄清: The Application does not automatically monitor, scrape, or collect data from your other private messaging apps or photo library. All processing of chat logs or personal content is initiated solely by your explicit action of uploading or inputting that data.

本应用不会自动监控、抓取或收集您其他私人聊天软件或相册中的数据。所有针对聊天记录或个人内容的处理，仅在您执行明确的上传或输入操作时才会触发。

AI Interaction Records / AI 互动记录: To help maintain service quality and improve response relevance, the Application may collect text-based interaction records, including the text you type, text extracted from chat screenshots by the AI service, AI-generated responses, request type, selected mode, success or error status, response time, app version, and an anonymous installation identifier. At this stage, we do not upload or store the original chat screenshot images for telemetry.

为维护服务质量并改进回复相关性，本应用可能会收集基于文本的互动记录，包括您输入的文本、由 AI 服务从聊天截图中识别出的文字内容、AI 生成的回复、请求类型、所选模式、成功或错误状态、响应耗时、应用版本以及匿名安装标识符。在当前阶段，我们不会为了数据上报而上传或保存原始聊天截图图片。

No Location Data / 不收集位置信息: The Application does not collect, use, or track any information regarding the geographic location of your mobile device.

本应用不会收集、使用或追踪您移动设备的任何地理位置信息。

Automatically Collected Data / 自动收集的数据: The Application may collect certain information automatically, including your device's IP address, operating system, and usage statistics within the App.

本应用可能会自动收集某些信息，包括您的设备 IP 地址、操作系统以及在本应用内的使用统计数据。

2. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) / 人工智能 (AI) 的使用

LoveCue utilizes AI technologies to analyze the content you provide.

Processing / 数据处理: AI processing is performed to deliver emotional insights and recommendations based on the data you upload.

Training / 模型训练: We do not use your private chat screenshots or sensitive personal content to train third-party large language models without your explicit opt-in consent.

未经您的明确授权，我们不会使用您的私人聊天截图或敏感个人内容来训练第三方大语言模型。

Service Improvement / 服务改进: We may review and analyze de-identified AI interaction records to evaluate answer quality, troubleshoot failures, improve prompts, and enhance the Application. These records are not sold to third parties.

我们可能会查看和分析去标识化后的 AI 互动记录，用于评估回复质量、排查故障、改进提示词以及优化本应用。我们不会将这些记录出售给第三方。

3. GDPR Compliance / 符合欧盟 GDPR 标准

The Service Provider will retain your data for as long as you use the Application.

Account Deletion / 账号注销: You may delete your account and all associated history directly within the Application settings.

Manual Request / 手动请求: You can also contact us at kelvinsu13@163.com to request permanent removal of your data.

5. Third-Party Access / 第三方访问

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services, such as AI engine providers, to help us improve the Application. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Children's Privacy / 未成年人隐私

The Application is not intended for children under 13, or 16 in some EEA countries. If we become aware of such data collection, we will take steps to remove it.
