1. Introduction & Acceptance / 导言与接受

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully. By using the LoveCue application ("Application"), you agree to be bound by:

The Supplemental Terms set forth below.

在使用 LoveCue 应用（“本应用”）之前，请仔细阅读本服务条款（“条款”）。使用本应用即表示您同意受 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议 (EULA) 以及以下补充服务条款的约束。

2. Nature of Service / 服务性质

LoveCue provides AI-powered emotional guidance and conversation analysis based on the information you voluntarily provide.

For Entertainment Only / 仅供娱乐: The insights and suggestions provided by the AI are for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Not Professional Advice / 非专业建议: The Application is NOT a substitute for professional psychological counseling, legal advice, or medical consultation. The Service Provider is not a licensed therapist or counselor.

3. Subscription & Auto-Renewal / 订阅与自动续费

Note: This section is required by Apple Guideline 3.1.2.

Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.

Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancellation: You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time.

付费说明：确认购买后，费用将从您的 iTunes 账户中扣除。除非在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续订，否则订阅将自动续费。您可随时在 Apple ID 账户设置中取消续订。

4. User Responsibility / 用户责任

Content Ownership / 内容所有权: You represent that you have the legal right to upload any content, such as chat screenshots, to the Application. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Application does not violate the privacy or rights of any third party.

Personal Judgment / 个人判断: You should exercise your own judgment before taking any action based on the AI's suggestions. Any decisions you make are your own.

5. Limitation of Liability / 责任限制

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

• Emotional distress or relationship breakdowns.
• Economic losses or personal disputes.
• Inaccuracies, errors, or "hallucinations" in the AI-generated content.
• Data loss due to technical failures.

在法律允许的最大范围内，服务提供者不对因您使用本应用而产生的任何直接、间接、偶然或结果性损害承担责任，包括但不限于：情感困扰或关系破裂；经济损失或个人纠纷；AI 生成内容中的不准确、错误或“幻觉”；由于技术故障导致的数据丢失。

6. Acceptable Use / 行为准则

You agree not to use the Application to:

• Harass, abuse, or threaten others.
• Upload illegal, obscene, or infringing content.
• Attempt to "jailbreak" or reverse-engineer the AI models or the Application.

您同意不将本应用用于：骚扰、虐待或威胁他人；上传非法、淫秽或侵权内容；尝试对 AI 模型或本应用进行“越狱”或逆向工程。

7. Termination / 服务终止

The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Application at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.

8. Governing Law / 适用法律

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

本条款受中华人民共和国法律管辖并按其解释，不考虑其法律冲突规定。
